Your experienced career coach will conduct five sessions to uncover what makes you uniquely you and define your personal brand. We will also provide you with regular check-ins whilst you prepare for and attend interviews. This package extends for up to 6 months and offers you all the things you need to tap into the visible and hidden job market - resume, LinkedIn profile, elevator pitch and networking strategy. Plus interview support.

  • The Lead the Pride Package includes a professionally crafted resume, an optimised LinkedIn profile, a tailored networking strategy, and a compelling elevator pitch.

    This package also offer you valuable support through the interview process, including interview skills development, mock interview, constructive feedback, and regular check-ins.

  • The process begins with an initial 30-minute video consultation to discuss your career goals, background, and unique value proposition.

    After this session, we'll send you an initial skeleton draft to gather your input. Based on your feedback, we’ll create a more polished draft for your review. Typically, one more round of revisions is needed to finalise your resume.

    Once your resume is complete, we’ll schedule another video meeting to audit and optimise your LinkedIn profile, ensuring it’s attractive to recruiters and hiring managers. During this session we also discuss networking strategies and help you to develop an effective networking strategy.

    Once your LinkedIn profile is optimised we conduct your next session to develop your elevator pitch.

    We then continue to provide you with support through the interview process, including interview skills development, a mock interview, constructive feedback, and regular check-ins.

  • This package will run for a maximum of six months.

    The process of developing your marketing assets (resume, LinkedIn profile, elevator pitch) and networking strategy typically takes 2-4 weeks, depending on the responsiveness and collaboration during the revision stages.

    Then we will work through the interview stage for you until the end of your program.
