1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)
2. Payment Processing
All payments are securely processed through Stripe Payments Australia Pty Ltd A.C.N. 160 180 343. Your payment information is encrypted and securely handled.
3. Payment Timing
Payment for services is required at the time of booking. Sessions will not be confirmed until payment is received.
4. Currency
All prices are listed and payments must be made in AUD (Australian Dollars).
5. Pricing and Fees
Prices for our services are listed on our website and are subject to change. Any additional fees (e.g., booking fees, taxes) will be clearly stated at checkout.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Project Roar (Charris Talent Pty Ltd) will only provide you with a refund of the Services Fee in the event where they are unable to continue to provide the Services or if the Management of Project Roar makes a decision, at its absolute discretion, that it is reasonable to do so under the circumstances (the 'Refund').
In the event of a booking cancellation, the following service refund schedule will apply:
Cancellation prior to the commencement of service = full refund
Cancellation once service has commenced = forfeit fees and no refunds provided.
Downloadables are not refundable. If there is a problem with the download contact hello@projectroar.com.au for support.
7. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to reprocess it. If the payment remains unsuccessful, the booking will be cancelled, and you will be notified.
8. Billing Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. If your billing information changes, please update it promptly to avoid service interruptions.
9. Security
We take the security of your payment information seriously. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption and other industry-standard security measures.
10. Disputes

11. Changes to Payment Terms
We reserve the right to change our payment terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or our website.
